Security & access
Full-perimeter fencing, a PIN-code gate, and cameras covering the entire lot 24/7. Every entry and exit is logged to your account, so you always know who accessed the yard and when.
Yes. Members get 24/7 drive-up access with a personal gate code. No set office hours, no attendant. Roll in before the crew and drop back late after the job's done.
Yes. Fleet accounts can issue individual codes to each employee, so the access log shows exactly who came and went. Revoke a code any time somebody leaves the crew.
Sizing & what fits
Measure your longest item and add about 5 feet of working room. A single work truck fits a 10 × 30. A truck with a trailer still hitched needs a 12 × 45 pull-through. Not sure? Call us with your rig and we'll size it over the phone.
Absolutely. Lanes are wide enough to back in a loaded trailer, stage materials off the truck, or run a skid steer up a ramp. Pull-through spaces mean no tight backing at all.
Yes. Bring your own 20 or 40 ft conex, or rent a lockable, weather-tight one from us. Container spaces have the clearance for a roll-off delivery.
Power is available on select spaces as an add-on. It's enough to run a battery tender, a container light, or a small charger. Let us know when you reserve and we'll place you on a powered space.
Renting & billing
No. Every space is month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Scale up in busy season, scale back when it slows — you only pay for what you're parking.
A photo ID, a payment method, and proof of insurance on anything you're storing. Reserve online or by phone and you can usually be in the same day.
Yes. The yard is fenced, gated, and camera-monitored, but you carry coverage on your own equipment and vehicles. Most contractors already have this through their commercial policy — just bring proof at move-in.
Yes, and crews running several trucks usually should. Fleet accounts group multiple spaces on one bill with volume pricing and a single access log. Call us and we'll put a block together.
